Conditions for Reservation The reservation is available when I have received the payment of the half cost of the renting: 180 € for one week  in winter for example. After received that, I send you an attestation. The rest will be pay as soon as you arrive. At the end of your sojourn, you will pay the cost of the energy. Electricity-meter is recorded when you arrived and when you quit. The cost for one kWh is 0.095 €. For one week in winter you have to hope an expense between 38 to 53 €  

Animals dogs and cats are accepted but you have to respect hygiene and furniture's  

Description of the chalet  It is an independent house in a village, altitude 1650 meters E/O. The rent concerns the first floor. Three rooms plus bathroom an independent WC. Surface 60 m2. Electric warm, fire-place. In the kitchen-nook, you have a cook with 2 fires gaze+2 electric' fire, a mini-four, a freezer, and a electric's coffeepot.  

The bed-ding  A bedroom with a bed of 140 cm and an with two double-bed superposed of 90 cm .The fluffs and protect- fluff (blankets the summer) will be on, you have just to carried bed-clothes as necessary as.

Specific Accessories: A squeegee-four for 6 persons, a pressure-cooker, a TV, an aspirator, some play box (scrabble, mile borne), two plastic sleighs , grand parasol et barbecue (the summer). If you want to use the fireplace you have to prevent me: I will give you firewood and you will have an expensive of 30 € (1/2 stère for one week)

Access to the slopes

La Combaz is situated 2,5 km between Valmeinier 1500 and Valmeinier 1800 . When there is a good snows conditions, you can go by ski to the slopes.

Access to Valmeinier and the renting 

AutoRoute A43 to St Michel de Maurienne, keep right at tall. In St Michel , at fire ,take on the right (the road go up) direction Valmeinier Valloire . After 9kms to drive on, turn on the left direction Valmeinier. Arrive on Valmeinier  (you can see the church) you have to continue and pass on the road over the church in direction Valmeinier 1800. 4 bend after you will find on your right a small village: That’s La Combaz. You’re arrived. You turn on the right in the village, you have to drive on some 150m (just passage for one car). There is a difficult bend and you come park in front of the houses. In winter when there is more snow, in a first time, it is preferable to park your car on the area on the left of the principal road before to turn in the village. It is here that you have to park your car when your installation is finish. If necessity, call me to chalet or on my portable-phone (0617449172) (to be late or if you are lost for example)  

Information’s practices The winter, you have to systematically have equipment’s necessary for snows (tires, chains). With diesel’s motor, use an additive for the gel in your fuel. To prevent the young children’s ears, make a pause of 15 minutes mini on the middle of the way between St Michel and Valmeinier.
